Preserve Brands has been a client of mine for the past three years, and it's been a relationship that I've personally cherished. This company's dedication to archiving life's most precious moments through beautifully eco-friendly, hand-crafted products is unlike any other like-minded company I've seen. There's really nothing like holding one of the products in your hands. They are truly exquisite.
This particular scope involved creating the new product catalog and the B2B website. My role in this project involved art directing all product/styled photography, and being the design lead on both catalog and website. The goal for both was to create a vibrant and tactile experience that emphasized the unique qualities of the paper, under the prompt of "You Have To Feel It." For the website, we created two experiences: a) a front-facing website that was more brand oriented; and b) a gated, more "product-centric" site that would allow retailers to log in and see the entire collections. Elements such as textures and illustrations came into play, as we truly wanted to push the handmade aspect of both the products and, ultimately, the brand.
